Shipping Policy

We charge a flat rate of $6.00 shipping on all domestic US orders.  Items will be shipped out within 2-5 business days after placing the order.  Any delays due to holiday, weather or other USPS related reasons are beyond our control however we will do our very best to avoid these delays if possible.

Undeliverables : Customers will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred as a result of returned packages due to an undeliverable or incorrect address.  Customers will also be charged a secondary shipping cost of $6.00 for re-delivery to the correct address.

Return Policy

• Please contact returns@shopwildarrowsboutique.com for all return inquiries.
• All return shipping costs will be covered by the customer
• Returns will be exchanged for in store credit ONLY.
• All returns must be sent within 30 days of original order date.
• SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
• All product needs to be returned in the original condition free of stains, makeup and odors.  Clothing needs to have the original tags attached. Shoes need to be returned in the original box.  If product is not sent back in the original condition, you will NOT be given in store credit.
